Portagemma general terms and conditions;

Payment terms;

A deposit of AU$100.00 or 20% (whichever is the greater) of quoted amount is to be paid before commencement of any website design work. All domain registrations must be paid for at time of order.

Copyright;

Until all invoices are paid in full Portagemma retains copyright of any website produced including all images, logos and code.

Website availability;

Hosting clients can expect very high up time (99% plus). Periodic downtime should be expected from time to time for server maintence. Any website / server downtime will be kept to the bare minimum.

Website delivery;

Websites that are not being hosted with us will not be delivered to the clients web hosting provider until final payment is received. It is the client responsibility that their web hosting provider supplies what is reqiured to operate the website as delivered. This includes but not limited to, MySQL database, php4, mod rewrite, htacess, GD php library and sendmail.
